JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 367, 368, 420 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the motorcycle was not recovered from possession of the petitioner rather the same was recovered from Suresh Yadav and he has falsely named this petitioner as the motorcycle belonging to him and this petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Dinesh Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
