19-10-2016 Heard Sri Amar Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Santosh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2/B.R.A.Bihar University as well as Sri Mrigendra Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3/J.P. University.

At the very outset, Sri Mrigendra Kumar, learned counsel for J.P.University submits that order of the writ court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submission of learned counsel for J.P.University, but he submits that interest on delayed payment has not been made. However, he accepts that while

Patna High Court MJC No.325 of 2016 (5) dt.19-10-2016 2/2 disposing of the writ petition, there was no such direction to pay interest.

Accordingly, in absence of any direction to pay interest on delayed payment, there is no point to entertain the present contempt petition.
