JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-10-2025 In view of the rival submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the parties, as also in view of allegation and counter allegation being levelled against each other pertaining to the factum of submission/non-submission of measurement book, bills and vouchers as also other records by the petitioners resulting in non-adjustment of the advance money given to the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law for adjudication of the lis. Liberty so sought is granted.
