Although learned counsel appearing for the informant did not file any affidavit but he informs this Court that Sessions Trial No.218 of 2017 is pending for argument. Since the aforesaid Sessions Trial No.218 of 2017 has already been posted for argument, I do not think it proper to extend the privilege of bail to the above named petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. However, the learned trial Court (Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Bettiah, West Champaran) is directed to dispose of the aforesaid Sessions Trial No.218 of 2017 arising out of Bettiah Town P.S.Case No.140 of 2014 within a month

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28032 of 2019(4) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which this Court shall take serious view against the concerned Court.

In the aforesaid manner, this petition stands disposed of.
