2. It is agreed at the bar that the case in hand is squarely covered by an earlier judgment of this Court delivered on 22.07.2014 in C.W.J.C. No. 13746 of 2013 (M/s Sone Valley Rice Mill vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.).

3. That being so, this writ application is also disposed of in the same terms as in the case of M/s Sone Valley Rice Mill (supra) and consequently, the entire proceeding of certificate case no. 30Y/2013-14 including the notice dated 3.12.2013., as contained in Anenxure-3 pending before the Certificate Officer, Kaimur (Bhabhua) is hereby quashed.

4. It is, however, made clear that nothing said in this order

Patna High Court CWJC No.21122 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 shall come in the way of the respondent Corporation to realize the amount involved in the certificate proceeding by taking any other recourse, as may be permissible in law.
