The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 169/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/332/ 333/ 427/436/307/353/504/ of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant has lodged the case that about 100 people gathered and set afire a police jeep, but due to interference by local people, the informant could be saved. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report, but his name has come subsequently on the statement of an inimical Chowkidar who had named this petitioner just to take revenge from him. No.16693 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 case and that the petitioner is having one other criminal antecedent for which purpose he has also been named in this case, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 169/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
