Counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that Money Suit vide No.96 of 2017 has also been filed by the ComplainantOpposite Party No.2 against the petitioner, which is also pending. In such circumstances, last paragraph of the order dated 28.02.2018, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, is modified to the extent that after making payment of the entire amount i.e. rupees ten lac to the Complainant by the petitioner, the Complainant will withdraw all the criminal cases as well as civil case filed by the Complainant against the petitioner.

Let this order be communicated to the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case
