2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garhara P.S. Case No. 55 of 2024 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 125(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352 and 351(2) of the BNSS.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the nephew of the informant by means of iron rod and bricks with an intention to kill him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He submits that there is case and counter case attributed between the parties. He further submits that there is no specific

He next submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely Arvind Paswan has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1991 of 2025 vide order dated 05.02.2025. He lastly submits that petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition is in custody since 03.01.2025.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

From perusal of the FIR and impugned order of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Begusarai dated 29.03.2025, it appears that petitioner is named in the FIR, similarly situated co-accused person namely Arvind Paswan has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1991 of 2025 vide order dated 05.02.2025, so considering all the aspects of the case and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
