The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case No. 244 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegations made in the FIR in which it has been stated that the petitioner assaulted with farsa on the head of the informant as also on the head of his brother, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail, even though the injuries are said to be simple in nature. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
