Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioners is that they killed the deceased after pouring K. oil and disappeared the dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are innocent and the deceased died due to mistake while she was making the water hot. From Annexure 2, it appears that the husband has taken away the deceased to the hospital. Also Annexure 3 shows that the death was accidental. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

No.49542 of 2016 (3) dt.09-02-2017 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
