JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.26 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 341,323, 307, 385, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have perused the injury report as has come in the case diary, it appears that the injury is simple in nature, no case under 307 IPC is made out, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest, they shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
