Apprehending his arrest in Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 385 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148,, 149, 387, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307, 302, 448, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, the present application is for grant of anticipatory bail.

The F.I.R. was lodged in December, 2015 wherein the petitioner has been named. Now, a prayer is made for anticipatory bail. Learned counsel submits that in the F.I.R., he has been stated to be the gang leader of the accused persons who appeared at the place of occurrence and caused death of one of the persons and also assaulted another partner of the informant who is still struggling for life.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46655 of 2017(2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 Regard being had to the seriousness of allegation and other materials reflected from the record, the Court is not inclined to extent the privilege of the anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is rejected.
