====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 and 412/34 of Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that Police intercepted one Apache Motorcycle on which two persons were riding. One person namely, Sintu Kumar was apprehended. He disclosed the name of petitioner who managed to run away. Petitioner is in custody since 20.2.2019.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Sintu Kumar has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27874 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 47184 of 2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
