The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. case no. 132 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 363/370 of the Indian Penal Code. In the instant case, the police after investigation has submitted final form and thereafter the informant has filed protest petition. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria took cognizance of the offence on the basis of protest petition. In view of the fact that the police after investigation has submitted final form in the instant case against these petitioners, the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40678 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. case no. 132 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
