2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Aanganbari Sevika but her services have been terminated vide order dated 17.10.2008 as contained in Memo No. 734 issued under the signature of the District Programme Officer Nawadah.

3. The petitioner preferred an appeal on 08.11.2008 before the Collector, Nawadah, but the appeal is still pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Nawadah to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within reasonable time and he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

4. Prayer is allowed.

5. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move this Court after disposal of the appeal if the petitioner requires and the Collector Nawadah is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
