The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022, G.R. No. 1607 of 2022 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous grudge and enmity. Further submission is that the final form has already been submitted, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition.
