JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 16-11-2016 Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the State. Although petitioners named along with others as accused of Chausa P.S.Case No.37 of 2013 registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code but the police upon conclusion of investigation did not send them up for trial. Vide Annexure-4 whereas some of the accused persons were sent up for trial. The allegation in the FIR is general and omnibus. The petitioners have clean antecedent.

Let the above named petitioners in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
