Yesterday also, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the case was adjourned as a last indulgence and today again on call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to press this petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Learned AC to AAG-13 submits that the writ petition is required to be rejected on the ground of inordinate delay in filing the present writ petition.
