This petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 20.01.2018 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in Civil Line P.S. Case no. 305/2015 in which he has taken cognizance under sections 467, 468, 471 and 420/34 of the IPC against the petitioners.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that he would raise issues at the appropriate stage.
