JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner stating that in last paragraph of the order dated 3.7.2019, P.S.case number has inadvertently been mentioned as 'Andhramath P.S.Case No.37 of 2015' in place of 'Sadar P.S.Case No. 40 of 2011' although in first paragraph of the order it has correctly been mentioned.

In the said circumstances, the order dated 3.7.2019 is modified to the extent that in last paragraph of the said order 'Sadar P.S.Case No. 40 of 2011' be correctly read instead of 'Andhramath P.S.Case No. 37 of 2015'.

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
