The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2017 registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and due to enmity, he has been implicated in this case. On perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that in the alleged occurrence, no one has received any injury. No fire arm has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
