The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No.66 of 2021 arising out of Hulasganj P.S. Case No.11 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

In view of the fact that there is no evidence against the petitioner of having involved in the current seizure, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Jehanabad in
