It appears that inadvertently in prayer portion of the aforesaid order amount of bail bond of Rs.25,000/- has not been mentioned.

As such, let the prayer portion of the aforesaid order is modified to the extent that " let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the court below within six weeks from today and pray for bail, learned trial court on being satisfied that only 1.5 lac is dues, will release him on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.C.J.M.-1st, Bettia, West Champaran, in
