JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order, dated 22.02.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7516 of 2017.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case all the accused persons, including the petitioner, has been granted the privilege of anticipatory, excluding the petitioner, as such, the petitioner has, again, filed this application for anticipatory bail.

Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In view of the fact that earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period
