This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 524 of 2021 registered under section 21, 22, 27 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three persons were arrested. Total of 10.56 gms heroine was recovered from the all the accused out of which 2.78 mg and Rs. 5,970 has been recovered from the petitioner and also the petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2021.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
