JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-12-2016 Let the petitioner get a declaration from any Court of competent jurisdiction contrary to the finding, which has formed the basis for the respondent authorities to reject the candidature of the petitioner for appointment under the Indian Army. This Court is not going to investigate as to what kind of cushy arrangement the family has in absence of any declaration about any adoption. The cock and the bull story as to how the petitioner was born in Kushinagar (Uttar Pradesh), but brought up in Gopalganj in the State of Bihar cannot be accepted on mere assertion in the writ. The materials, which have been relied upon by the petitioner, prima facie does not convince the Court that the decision
