2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 304(B) IPC registered in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 170/2018.

3. It is submitted the petitioner, being the husband of the deceased, has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion except which there is no objective material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. From the FIR itself it is evident that the informant (father of the deceased) is not an eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that the ingredients of the offence alleged are not clearly made out having regard to the period of marriage. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
