The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the statement made by the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has alleged active participation of the petitioner in abducting and subjecting her to rape and capturing the image of rape on electronic media, I am
