JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In the present case, petitioner has raised a grievance for disposal of his representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a representation for getting an information about his non-selection against the vacancy issued with respect to 48th and 52nd Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2008.

The petitioner against the said advertisement applied for the post has the reason to believe

Patna High Court CWJC No.17878 of 2008 (3) dt.17-11-2017 that he had done very well in preliminary test but he was not declared successful. He has filed representation which is still pending.

In such view of the matter, concerned authority is directed to dispose of the representation subject to availability of the record as matter relates to 2008.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
