2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 474/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel next submits that due to land dispute, he is being made accused by other side and because of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27090 of 2026(2) dt.22-04-2026 2/2 which he has twelve criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 03.12.2025. He further submits that the petitioner is aged about 70 years. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid submissions, period of custody and the age of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City /concerned Court below in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 474/2025.
