JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 11.11.2014, passed in Case Nos. 693/2009 and 119/2011 by the District Appellate Authority, Begusarai.
