1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding the respondents to act as per the terms and conditions provided in clause 4(1) of advertisement bearing no. 01/2019 dated 8/3/2019 by which it has been provided for award of 05 marks for each year of work on contract basis upto maximum of 25 marks. This 25 marks are vital for selection because the entire selection process consists of 100 marks out of which 75 marks is to be awarded on the basis of the marks obtained in Engineering Examination and rest 25 marks is to be awarded on the basis of work experience as

(ii) For issuance of any appropriate writ of writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents commission to provide 05 marks to the petitioners as he has more than one year working experience of his contractual service under urban development and housing department (DUDA), Jehanabad under the state government of Bihar and after add the 05 marks, published the final result of the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-Bihar Technical Service Commission, Patna submits that the advertisement in question has stood withdrawn, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be so, then the present writ petition be disposed off.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
