====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in G.R.P. Danapur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that in course of boarding the train (Sanghmitra Express) at Danapur, two persons took out the Mobile of the informant and his friend. Informant raised hulla. Thereafter, on chase, with the help of police party, those two persons were apprehended. It is further alleged that Mobile Phone of the informant has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The Mobile phone of friend of the petitioner has been recovered from another accused who disclosed his name as Golu Kumar.

Case No. 26 of 2018 of similar nature has also been registered against the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail stands rejected at this stage.

Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
