The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kauakol P.S.Case No. 228 of 2017 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Considering the allegation that the inspecting team of South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited found the petitioner committing direct theft of energy by hooking main LT Line, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
