The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is brother-in-law of the husband of the deceased. The husband is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same against the petitioner also besides other co-accused and for that reason death was caused to Ranjan Kumari within two years of marriage.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52702 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Khagaria/Successor Court in connection with Parbatta Police Station Case No. 92 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
