The matter was sent to the Mediation Center but the mediation failed because the wife did not turn up on any date. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife. The learned counsel for the informant submits that wife is also ready to live with petitioner. The petitioner has already been granted provisional anticipatory bail vide order dated 26.04.2019 till further orders. In this view of the fact, I dispose of this petition with a direction to the petitioner and the O.P. No.2/ wife to appear in the court below. On such, the learned court below shall make all efforts for resolving the dispute between the husband and wife
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27457 of 2019(4) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 within four months and if the petitioner is ready to keep his wife properly the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed. If the petitioner fails to keep his wife properly, the learned court below shall report the matter to this court immediately after four months.
With this observation, this anticipatory bail petition is disposed of.
