The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 324, 34, 341, 376, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report. He caught hold of the victim girl and co-accused Umesh Mahto committed rape upon her.

Considering the fact that there is a serious allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
