Petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- I. For quashing of an order dated-14.03.2022 passed by the learned Principal Secretary Cum Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Excise, Bihar, Patna in Excise Revision Case No. 69 of 2022, whereby and where under an order dated25.01.2022 passed by the learned Excise Commissioner, Bihar Patna in Excise Appeal case No. 38 of 2022, affirming an order dated-30.11.2021 passed by the learned Sub-divisional officer, Barsoi (Katihar) in Misc. case No. 01 of 202l-2022, arising out of Balrampur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021 has been affirmed by which the vehicle of this petitioner i.e. a Scorpio vehicle, bearing its Registration No. BR-11Y-3222 with Chassis No. MA1TA2TDKG2F10383 and Engine No. TBG4F84808, belonged to this petitioner has been confiscated.

For a direction to the Respondents to release the vehicle of this petitioner i.e. a Scorpio vehicle, bearing its registration no BR-llY- 3222 to its rightful owner, which has been illegally seized by Sub Inspector of Police, Balrampur Police Station (Respondent no. ) and kept in the campus of police station.

III. For any other relief/reliefs the petitioner is entitled for.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
