2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No.398 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and he is said to have committed the murder of the deceased in association with other co-accused persons.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the deceased has committed suicide and during the investigation a suicide not has been recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2024 and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28328 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur/concerned Court below, in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No.398 of 2025.
