1. The present modification petition is preferred to modify the date of surrender before the learned trial court in terms of order dated 12.02.2025 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2982 of 2025 for the reasons that the petitioner was outside Bihar in connection with his professional engagement.

2.Considering aforesaid submissions and for the reason stated in petition, the present modification petition stands allowed.

3. The petitioner is directed to surrender before learned trial court within two weeks as of now i.e., positively on or before 16.05.2026.

4. In view of aforesaid submission and further by taking note of reason stated in petition itself the present modification petition stands allowed.

7. It is made clear that further no such petition shall be entertained.
