2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case for regularization of the petitioners is not being considered. As per averments made in the writ petition, it is apparent that due to some unfortunate reason, their case was rejected as they had not applied in the prescribed proforma. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the process of regularization is ongoing in the district

Patna High Court CWJC No.20989 of 2014 dt.14-08-2018 2/2 of Jamui which is not controverted by the learned counsel for the State.

3 In view of such situation, the petitioners would be at liberty to make their application afresh on the prescribed proforma/format.

4 In the event, the same is done, it is needless to say that their case would merit consideration subject to petitioners fulfilling the requisite conditions.

5 Writ petition is disposed of.
