====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 326, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is of throwing hot water on the body of the informant. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner is a lady and has got clean antecedent.

4. Considering the simple nature of injury and the fact that petitioner is a lady with a clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28187 of 2023(3) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No. 992 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

5. Pursuant to the previous order dated 14.07.2023, Superintendent of Police, Vaishali has filed a show cause in which he has stated that departmental proceeding has already been initiated against the concerned Investigating Officer vide DR No. 1577 of 2023 dated 26.07.2023.

6. Considering the same, show cause is accepted.

7. Needless to state that the departmental proceeding initiated against the concerned Investigating Officer should be concluded as early as possible.
