JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2026 The present petition has been filed for restoring a petition bearing MJC No. 1425 of 2023, which has stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 01.08.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not comply with aforesaid order dated 01.08.2025 on account of inadvertence, hence a sympathetic view be taken and the aforesaid petition be restored to its original file. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I

Patna High Court MJC No.1073 of 2026(4) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid petition bearing MJC No. 1425 of 2023 to its original file, however subject to compliance of the order dated 01.08.2025 within a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
