Petitioners are an accused in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the recovered quantity is not more than the commercial quantity. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.04.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28006 of 2020(2) dt.26-11-2020 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Court of NDPS Bhagalpur in connection with Special Case No. 11 of 2020 arising out of Bihpur P.S.
