The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Malaypur P.S. Case No.114 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 143, 341, 323, 504, 506, 353 and 379 the Indian Penal Code, Rule 4 and 21 of the MMDR Act, 1957 and Rules 11, 43 and 56 of the Bihar Mineral Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage Act, 2019.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the condition that petitioners will deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee,

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Malaypur P.S. Case No.114 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, before accepting bail bonds of the petitioners, the court below will verify the receipt showing deposit of a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Siwan.
