By way of the present application, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondents-State to make payment of his retiral dues and other consequential benefits.
Facts of the case are that the petitioner joined the service on 01.12.1970 on the post of Process Peon in the Department of Survey at Gaya. He retired from his service on 31.01.2012 from Karpi Block, District-Arwal.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents wherein, it has been specifically mentioned in paragraph -6, that the respondents have already paid the petitioner all retiral dues and hence the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has already been paid his all retiral dues under different heads as mentioned in
Patna High Court CWJC No.21277 of 2014 (3) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 paragraph 6, of the counter affidavit, this Court does not propose to proceed any further with this writ petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
