JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.105 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code & Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Taking into consideration that the role of the petitioner is general in nature and other co-accused namely Suraj Kumar and Santosh Kumar have already been granted bail by this court, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
