SONI SHRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2025 In the present application, the petitioner is praying for modification in condition no.(ii) imposed in the order dated 04.04.2025 passed by this Court.

2. In view of the facts of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner the second condition is being modified to the extent that the verification of the criminal antecedent of the petitioner would be done positively within one week from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by the learned court below, failing which the learned court below would proceed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner. However, if upon verification, the claim of the petitioner is not found correct, the learned court below would take steps for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
