The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this writ application is being filed for quashing the office order contained in memo no.277 dt.
2.3.09 issued under the signature of Director Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna by which services of the petitioner has been terminated with immediate effect.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21179 of 2014(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 filed for commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for his reinstatement to his respective post of chain man under the Directorate, Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar and further extend all consequential benefits.
This writ application is also being filed for holding that impugned order dt. 02.3.09 is illegal, arbitrary and without any lawful jurisdiction."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection. 3.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
