A counter affidavit on behalf of State-Respondent is filed.
The petitioner served the State Government as Chowkidar and retired on 31.12.2004. As the post retiral dues were not paid, the writ application is filed for payment of the remaining retiral dues as stated in para-1 of the writ petition. Mr. Yash Rajwardhan, counsel for the respondent has drawn attention of the Court to the statements made in para Nos. 9 and 10 of the counter affidavit in order to submit that the dues payable to the petitioner by way of retiral dues including revision of the retiral benefits admitted by the respondents have already
Patna High Court CWJC No.21323 of 2014 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 been paid. Details of the statement of account have been enclosed in order to support the said contention.
Considering the above, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has substantially been redressed. If the petitioner disputes correctness of the dues, it shall be open to him to make appropriate representation to the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance.
The writ application is disposed of.
